I've found it. This is it.
My new spot.
Every Tuesday (pending rain, of course) I plan on taking a little sandwich along with me to the office and walking to the surprisingly comfortable concrete bench here to have lunch. If I see a dolphin, I'll say hi.

Me too! At least in my mind. My Tuesdays are spent with the ancients around the table at Pizza Inn where we cover everything from laxatives to sleeping pills to shopping and to church politics. We stray from the real ones. Too much controversy for already weakened hearts!
